Having shaped the global reputation and communications agenda for Anheuser-Busch InBev over 15 years, I am eager to apply what I have learned to help known and upcoming brands.

I started my professional life in European politics, then discovered the power of branding and learned the ropes of crisis management at McDonald’s, before trading burgers for beer.

With deep experience across countries and cultures, I am passionate about purpose, diversity and advocacy and about guiding leadership teams through change, helping them thrive.

Raul Bhansali

In the last 13 years, after completing a 4 year stint with an investment bank and my Babson MBA, I founded / co-founded 3 companies in organic food home delivery, physical commodity trade consulting, and industrial safety technology. Most recently, I was a leader with StrongArm Tech, where we deliver a machine learning / IoT technology that is shown to produce major savings for enterprise clients.

Robert Schermers

I built my business-expertise over 18 years at Unilever, where I worked in challenging leadership roles. I was responsible for essential category-turnarounds while working in Europe, Africa and Latam, as well as the USA and Asia.

I joined Innate Motion and partner with networks like Pinkwater Group to fully focus on what I love most: solving business- and brand-issues whilst developing winning teams courageous enough to go beyond the obvious. I believe in brands and business as a force of good when they define their role beyond merely selling products. I see the purpose of a brand or business as an asset and accelerator for growth.
